The city of Zagreb has opened a solar-powered charging station for electric vehicles – the first of its kind in Croatia.
National energy provider HEP installed the charging station in the Croatian capital as part of its ELEN emobility project.
The station features two sheltered charging points with solar panels, with ultra-fast filling chargers with a power of 50 KW and 43 KW DC.
This means that an electric car can charge fully in between 15-30 minutes. Two vehicles can also charge at the same time.
