AdaptiVe one-day Workshop on Legal Aspects
AdaptIVe oragnises a one-day Workshop on Legal Aspects on 17 September 2015 at Federation of French Car Manufacturers, 2 rue de Presbourg in Paris, France.
The objective of the workshop is to highlight legal uncertainties in the field of automated driving and to present solutions for the challenges. Particular focus will be given to questions of regulatory law, technical approval law, liability and insurance law, as well as data protection issues. Besides addressing the issues from a European perspective, the legal situation is compared to practices in the United States.
The workshop provides information exchange and networking opportunities for all professionals and will open up discussions on an international scale.
