The city of Nottingham in England now has one of Europe’s biggest all-electric bus fleets following the introduction of a number of new electric vehicles onto its roads last month.
Nottingham spent £ 3.2 million (€ 3.75 million) in the 13 single-decker electric buses – adding to the 45 electric buses already operating in the city.
