City of Helmond becomes a new associated partner

The City of Helmond has been involved in numerous projects and has a long-term experience in deployment of cooperative intelligent transport systems (C-ITS) to the point of being called “the city of smart mobility”. Helmond is also one of the pilot site of CO-GISTICS sister project Compass4D, having also a leading role of ambassador of cooperative systems deployment in cities.

In CO-GISTICS, the City of Helmond will contribute to the deployment of C-ITS mainly in the areas of road safety and efficiency of transport; moreover will offer advice on the current project work also by actively participating and promoting CO-GISTICS events and workshops.
