eCoMove project follows the concept of the “perfect eco-driver” travelling through the perfectly “eco-managed” road network. By a combination of cooperative applications for eco-driving and eco-traffic management the driver can approach the theoretical least possible fuel consumption (and thus CO2 emissions) all without compromising the quality of people’s and goods mobility.
Different methods, i.e Field Test, Driver Simulator Studies and Network Simulations, have been used to verify the projects developments.
