Quality impacts every actor in the value chain of ITS Services. Whereas every actor in the value chain is aware of the importance of quality management the parameters used to assess quality may well cover different aspects.
ERTICO and TISA are organising a common Workshop on the issue of quality in ITS services. This Workshop will offer the oportunity to the participants to share all aspects of quality management. The objective is to share best practices and good examples on quality in ITS Services. The Workshop will target the next practical steps to be taken by the whole ITS community.
The meeting will take place on 13 April 2011 from 10:00 – 16:00 at the ERTICO Premises. The invitation is open all ERTICO and TISA Partners.
