smartCEM gathers 2 cities and 2 regions in Europe that are providing real solutions to bring electro mobility to citizens: Barcelona, Gipuzkoa-San Sebastian, Newcastle and Reggio Emilia. Together, they strive to increase public awareness, acceptance and confidence towards electro mobility.
